For safety and enjoyment of all patrons the following regulations apply while enjoying the ice rink.

1. All persons skate at their own risk.
2. Skate safely and under control at all times.
3. Skate in a counter-clockwise direction unless advised otherwise.
4. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Patrons are not permitted on the ice without ice skates.
6. Food or drink is not permitted on the ice at any time.
7. Do not carry children, bags or other items while on the ice.
8. No cell phones on the ice
9. Pregnant women are not allowed on the ice
10. Please be courteous and respectful of all patrons and staff.
11. Use caution as the ice surface may be uneven or wet.
10. Intoxicated patrons will be removed from the ice or refused entry.
12. We reserve the right to remove patrons from the ice if it deems there is a risk to the safety of other patrons or the individual.
13. Patrons disregarding the instructions of rink and event staff and/or posted signs will be asked to leave the ice rink.
14. Sessions may proceed in inclement weather unless the conditions are deemed unsafe.
15.Smoking and vaping is prohibited on the premises.

I am signing this waiver on behalf of myself and my group.

I voluntarily agree to participate as a skater at the Ice Skating Rink sponsored by the Folsom Historic District Association, located at 825 Leidesdorff.

I understand that ice skating is a potentially dangerous activity and may result in property damage, illness, injury, or death, including but not limited to contusions, lacerations, sprains, broken bones, head or spinal injuries, respiratory problems, heart attack, or stroke. I understand that injuries may result from my own actions, the actions of others, or other known or unknown risks. I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with participation.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, release and hold harmless the City of Folsom, Folsom Historic District Association, Special Ice, all sponsors and vendors associated with the rink, and their officers, employees, officials, agents, insurers, promoters, and sponsors from any and all claims, causes of action, liability, or potential liability arising from or related to my participation.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless these parties from any claims, lawsuits, or demands brought by me or anyone acting on my behalf arising from or related to my participation.

I agree to follow all rules and regulations of the Folsom Historic District Association while participating. I also give permission to the City of Folsom, Folsom Historic District Association, Special Ice, and vendors to photograph or otherwise use my likeness for publicity or publication without compensation.
